@pubity: How long could you last? 🤔 A 2023 study published in Scientific Reports asked 178 adults in the UK and US to log how many hours they spent alone every day for three weeks. On days they spent more time by themselves, they were less stressed and felt freer. They were also lonelier and less satisfied with their day, but that faded when being alone was something they had chosen. There was no perfect amount of alone time that suited everyone. #Pubity
