The majority of the data centers are clustered in an area of Ashburn and Sterling that are zoned for commercial use. Of course there are some neighborhoods where one side of the street is commercial, and the other is residential. That’s how zoning works. They are not just scattered in every neighborhood.

North star between brambleton and 50 looks like a hellscape. Soooo ugly. And the huge datacenter and power transformers near the brambleton barn- unbelievable. I’d be so mad if I could see these things from my house which a lot of people can

Loudon county has the highest wealth of anywhere in the entire United States. I think you guys need to start looking at your politicians bank accounts and lifestyles. I was over that way a couple months ago, and I was appalled by the gigantic, behemoth data centers that were everywhere. If China doesn’t need data centers, why does the United States?
