Hemet has Money new development the police have new Cars, New business they need people in City Council that want help this beautiful Town and a solution for our Homeless people send them back to L. A.,,, We need Costco and more Jobs available near us!!!$$$$$

We need a whole new city council they’re afraid of change snd it sucks cause this town has nothing but doubles and triples of fast food places, weed shops smoke shops and thats about it… Born here in 1981 been here 45 years seen a lot of change hope there’s a change soon!!!

Been here two years. My neighbors and community is great and very quiet. I’m in east side. But there’s too many of the same stores. The community is BEGGING for Trader Joe’s and more places for kids and new stores. I don’t understand why the people who run things can’t see that.

My family has lived in and around Hemet my whole life . I Really don’t know where you got your info? Can you tell me where all the homeless encampments area? We have homeless, after the pandemic, it was pretty bad. But in the last few years it has gotten way better. There sure isn’t any encampments. Crime is no worse than anywhere else. Hemet and San Jacinto are historically beautiful. It’s very peaceful to live here. Atleast for me it is.

Out local politicians don’t know how to leverage what we do have to the benefit of the city. Menifee, Winchester, Murrietta all make deals with the new home builders to add parks, landscaping, infrastructure and our city just seems to give the builders anything they want with nothing in return. They also don’t try to bring in companies that can provide better employment opportunities. We really need someone who knows what they are doing.

We moved to the area during the crash. It’s grown since but unfortunately, we don’t have easy freeway access. With all the new houses going up, getting out of here toward the 60 or 10 gets backed up and traffic is building up as all the number of housing in this area and surrounding areas increase. Getting to and from Riverside takes over an hour during rush hour.

I came there in ‘76 and it was the best place to grow up! We all thought it was boring but now I sure wish it was like that now 🤷🏻♀️we could make it to Oceanside in an hour back then, trust me we ditched school twice a week and headed to the beach! Palm Springs is an hour! Idyllwild is right up the mountain!
