Yesss I've had sleep paralysis when I was 9, it hasn't happened since then and I'm not sure why, but there was a black figure over top of me and I could NOT move and could not make ANY sort of noise, it was so so terrifying, it seemed to have went on for a long time but only lasted 2-3 minutes.

Sleep paralysis is the WORST

I did experience the sleep paralysis for 2 years and it was terrifying. First I used to be so scared and then by the time I got used to it. Once you force yourself to sleep again it passes, but yeah you feel the presence, you hear the voices and even the way they touch you. I had a situation when I pushed my face so hard and screamed to my ear. It was one of my very first experiences. I read it is bcs of stress but in some religions it is a dark spirit.
