the only thing that calmed my anxiety for years was smoking, I’ve recently started quitting and what helps me a lot is doing tasks, like I got some coloring books or Legos just something to move your hands and regulate yourself, a hot shower and tea before bed is really calming, also stretching and yoga, it really really regulates my nervous system, just give it a try!!

I have a breathing app on my Apple Watch!! If u don’t have an Apple Watch there’s other apps/YouTube videos that work, quite literally the only solution that works for my anxiety is deep breaths for 5 mins

i color and i always have some sort of stimulation while i do, whether that's music, a show, youtube video... something for the ears and eyes is always good. no super bright lights as i found they always give me insane headaches and make me panic a bit, mood lighting (candles, tv light, etc) is always the best option, also i know it sounds weird but roblox games always help keep my mind occupied. make sure your doors and windows are locked, even your bedroom door( if you are allowed idk ur age) creating a safe, confined space just for you and only you is so important.
