@futuristkwame: AI is moving so fast that your business model could become outdated before you finish perfecting it. Not too long ago, I was building AI agents as a service. It was a promising business model. Businesses needed custom AI agents, and people like me could build and deploy them for a fee. Then OpenAI introduced Dots, an always-on personal AI agent. Just like that, something I could charge clients to build was becoming a feature of a platform they already use. Does that mean the entire AI agent business is dead? Not necessarily. But it certainly changes the economics of what people are willing to pay for. And that’s the point I made in this video. In the age of AI, your greatest competitive advantage is not what you know today. It’s how quickly you can adapt to what changes tomorrow. You cannot afford to become emotionally attached to a skill, a tool, or even a business model. The market doesn’t care how long it took you to master something. Technology will keep moving. Learn fast. Unlearn faster. Reinvent continuously. The future won’t necessarily belong to those who know the most. It will belong to those who can adapt the fastest. #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #Adaptability #FutureOfWork #Innovation
