Sesame Snaps 🤤 Only 2 ingredients! This is one of those nostalgic snacks from my childhood and I wanted to try making it myself. I never knew how easy it is to make and I might be biased but i think it’s better than store bought! All you need 👇🏼 1 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup honey In a large pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until lightly brown. Set aside the sesame seeds in another bowl. In the same pan, heat the honey over medium heat until it starts bubbling then simmer for 1 minute. Add the toasted sesame seeds to the honey and stir quickly until well combined. Take off the heat and add the mixture to a lined baking tray. Place another baking sheet on top and using a rolling pin roll the mixture until smooth and flat. Peel off the top baking sheet and cut into squares. Let it cool until firm (i also recommend refrigerating it for at least 2 hours until firm). Store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
