I would LOVE it if someone could explain WHY it’s so expensive to build? Not the value of the location but building materials, architectural/structural design, permits etc. because WHAT DO YOU MEAN, this is gonna cost that much money to build??? Is it made of rare earth materials? Is it gonna heal the people who end up living in it and allow them to live forever? sincerely, a west LA native who is gonna miss that road that cut through it…
