@alliekmiller: More of the AI tools I use are starting to check in on me first (flagging a trip worth booking, a meeting worth skipping, the day off I keep putting off), and those nudges seem to land better when it knows what I'm working toward. A lot of us use AI to get more done, but I think the bigger opportunity might be telling it who you're trying to become, so the nudges point in that direction. I wrote up how I set mine up, goals, context and all. Follow and comment VOICE and I'll send you the full guide.
Love this, and you're absolutely right on goals! That positive context is important for navigating to good results with AI. I'd also like to add the idea of "Anti-Goals": Things you absolutely DO NOT want to happen. Being in a cramped plane, avoiding expensive flights, having AI use non-recent plane or hotel details so that you don't end up in a hotel that only got picked by the AI because it used to have a track. That negative context is like the bumpers in a bowling lane so that the ball is guaranteed to knock down some pins at the end of it.
