destroying bad habits right now in doing it 😎 just had my last cigarette so needed a post like this. I will now chill down go sleep and start on my quit smoking stuff. 35 and finally im strong enough. I know it's not gonna be easy but thoughts of a marathon and fast park run will keep me going😎

I read all of them (I retired at 57. If you want to do the same… read them. ‘Don’t believe everything you think’ didn’t grab me (it’s only short) but the others definitely are required reading for success.

my food friend , a very unhappy guy flew to a foreign country from his wife and beautiful daughter, was alone and ready to commit suicide ,, he read the book (let them) and even had it inked on his leg ,,, I was fortunate enough to get him help, fly him home ,, take care of him,, and eventually recover and reconnect him,, he's now 3.years sober ,, and I'm.still unable to be the man he has become... because of addiction... it's contact and connected fire made him find me and I've watched him become the man I wish to be... read ,,, don't worry,,, take solace and pride in the battles,, and be honest and careful....
