You can actually only get pregnant during ovulation. The reason why people say you can get pregnant on your period is because it is possible (but rare) for some women to ovulate during or directly after their period. For most women, you can track your ovulation down to a T and know exactly when you can and can’t get pregnant. Me and my wife do this and we’ve had kids when we wanted to have kids and not when we don’t want kids but just play reckless.

I am concerned that there are people that don't know these. I can't blame them, you can't know what you don't know, but I do blame the education system and the sex ed courses that are SEVERELY lacking.

Creamy garlic pasta without all the heavy cream? Yes, please! SAVE THIS RECIPE! This high-protein creamy garlic chicken pasta combines juicy, golden-seared chicken, tender pasta, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a rich parmesan garlic sauce. It’s restaurant-quality comfort food made with simple ingredients and plenty of protein. Perfect for Sunday dinner, weekly meal prep, or anyone looking for high-protein pasta recipes that actually taste good. MACROS PER SERVING (APPROX.) 🔥 Calories: 565 🥩 Protein: 53g 🍝 Carbs: 56g 🥑 Fat: 16g INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING) For the chicken pasta: * 5 oz raw boneless, skinless chicken breast * 2 oz dry rigatoni pasta * 1 cup fresh baby spinach * 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (not packed in oil) * ½ tsp olive oil * ½ tsp garlic powder * ¼ tsp Italian seasoning * ¼ tsp smoked paprika * Salt and black pepper to taste For the creamy garlic parmesan sauce: * ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese * 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese * ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk * 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced * 1 tbsp reserved pasta water * ¼ tsp Italian seasoning * Salt and pepper to taste Optional garnish: * Fresh chopped parsley * Red pepper flakes * Extra parmesan cheese HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Cook the pasta. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Before draining, reserve a few tablespoons of pasta water. 2. Season the chicken. Slice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. 3. Get that golden sear. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for approximately 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. 4. Make the creamy garlic sauce. Blend cottage cheese, parmesan, almond milk, and Italian seasoning until completely smooth. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and sauté minced garlic for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the blended sauce and stir gently. Add reserved pasta water until it reaches your preferred consistency. Keep the heat low to prevent the sauce from separating. 5. Add the vegetables. Stir in spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften. 6. Bring everything together. Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss until every piece of pasta is coated in that creamy garlic parmesan sauce. 7. Finish and serve. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with fresh parsley, black pepper, and a sprinkle of parmesan if desired. THE PROTEIN FIX TIP: Want your pasta sauce to taste richer without adding heavy cream? Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth, then mix it with parmesan and a little starchy pasta water. The result is a creamy, protein-packed sauce that clings to every bite. BONUS MEAL PREP TIP: When reheating, add a splash of water or milk before microwaving. This helps loosen the sauce and keeps your pasta from drying out. Save this creamy garlic chicken pasta recipe for your next Sunday dinner!
