@simpledeliciousresipes: #VNVideoEditor THIS 10-MINUTE SAUSAGE & CHEESE TORTILLA BREAKFAST IS SO GOOD! I MADE THIS AMAZING BREAKFAST WITH JUST ONE TORTILLA! INGREDIENTS: ● Wheat tortilla – 1 large ● Sausage, sliced into rounds – 100–150 g ● Eggs – 4 pcs ● Tomato, finely diced (seeds removed) – ½ medium ● Grated mozzarella cheese – 160–190 g ● Vegetable oil – for frying ● Salt – to taste ● Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Slice the sausage into rounds and arrange them in the pan. 3. Fry the sausage until lightly golden. 4. Beat the eggs with salt and pour the mixture evenly over the sausage. 5. Finely dice half a tomato, removing the seeds, and sprinkle it over the eggs. 6. Add about 30–40 g of grated mozzarella on top. 7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the eggs begin to set and the cheese starts to melt. 8. Place the wheat tortilla on top and gently press it down. 9. Carefully flip everything over so the tortilla is at the bottom of the pan. 10. Sprinkle the remaining 120–150 g of grated mozzarella over the egg and sausage layer. 11. Add chili flakes if desired. 12. Cover with the lid and cook until the cheese is completely melted and the tortilla is lightly golden and crispy. 13. Transfer to a cutting board, slice into portions, and serve hot. ●Enjoy your meal● ●Save the recipe● ●It's incredibly delicious and very simple!!!● Bon appetit!
