Im in a senior role and have taken protective leave for medical reasons. I also filed a complaint with hr along with the rest of my team about to continuous disrespect in meetings from upper leadership, the constant changes to our role and schedule. Today they gave us 48 hours to adjust to a sudden hours change and thy are now requiring us to work 2 hours early and 2 hours later. This came right after our team reported them how is this not retaliation? This is a very small piece of the full picture.
