Don’t read to deep into he’s saying, in summary you must learn when to withdraw to be recharged so you don’t continuously pour out of a cup that inevitably gets empty, fellowship with the body of christ is crucial to a healthy relationship with God but so is isolation there are some things you can only get from Gods presence alone, some peoples problem is too much isolation while others is having too much fellowship with people which drowns out the voice of God because we value the opinions of others over his voice which eventually makes us empty and devoid even if those voices are good, we must know when God is calling us to withdraw, to silence our minds and refocus our hearts in the place only he can minister to us. this why christ tells to withdraw and pray in our closets instead of out in the open because you can be so theatrical that you start to please man but God rejects you

Isolation can be biblical I don’t believe all the time but spending time alone with the Lord is a blessing and is so great as our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is of the most importance that should never be overlooked and community is a part of the relationship with him which he’ll provide, and we can still remain alone with the Lord technically in our personal relationship with him and still go with a brother or sister in Christ and go spread the gospel.
