A cyclist stopped by police after running a red light was found to be carrying a six-inch knife. Ridwan Abdilahi has admitted possession of a bladed article, failing to stop for police and running a red light on a bike. He is currently in custody awaiting sentencing. City of London Police stopped the 23-year-old on 8 September around 4.50pm after he was seen riding through a red light at Bishopsgate. He was stopped and asked to move onto the pavement but tried to flee, police said. When asked why he tried to get away, Abdilahi said he was “on my way to meet my girl” and went on to explain that he was “having issues with a female and that’s what the problem is”. Officers carried out a search and found a six-inch knife in his coat. Sergeant Sibyl Beaumont, of the City of London Police’s Cycle Team, said: “This dangerous individual may never have come to our attention had it not been for officers proactively patrolling our streets and routinely stopping those committing traffic offences. #5news #cyclist #knife #police

Peter Dinklage was never meant to be a Hollywood superstar. Being born a dwarf, he was limited to stereotype roles and not much was expected of him. But he took that lesson to heart. He accepted failure again and again. That was what he was used to, and with each failure, cracks started to show of his true and well deserved talent. He became famous for his incredible acting in series like Game of Thrones. It was without a doubt that what was first expected of him completely vanished compared to what he grew into 🔥 The world is yours. But failure comes with it no matter who you are. You want to build a big business, then obstacles and failures will be there. But that is part of growth. So fail really well, so that the lesson is greater 💯 Do not be afraid of it, accept it and never look at anyone with anger because of it.
