This seems a decent rate of pay! In my local trust we only get paid band 5 for bank shifts, so if you’re a band 6..7, still get paid a band 5 👎 no incentive at all

If it’s bank shifts and with a agency can you not get paid self employed so you just pay 20 % tax

I am just starting 3 weeks off (days off at end of 1st week and beginning of last week so using 2 weeks AL) and am doing 4 (might book a 5th) after 2 weeks so it still feels like I have a nice break! It is nice to have the option to do when trying to earn a bit extra. Trying to convert a small room into a bedroom for one of my sons so they don't have to share so will all be going into that fund!
