All of this!!!!!!! Absolutely. I’m glad I am not alone. More of us need to speak up about what this does to us. Nobody understands what true real abuse from a narcissist feels like. I married two of them. First one 10 years and second 8 years. After 18 years of abuse I’m learning everyday and growing daily. It’s taken a toll on my body. The fraction of what we know is so true it’s sickening what they do to you! I will pray for us! Thank you for telling anyone you can about what you have been thru. You got this!

I’m very much struggling with why I wasn’t good enough for him but deep down I know it was never me. It was always him but they make you believe and they point the finger and they reflect on you that you’re the crazy one. You’re always the problem we live in the same town he called me a day ago and then I saw him today. He’s very very hard. I even talked to a therapist and I explained the situation I’m struggling with the fact that I put six years into this guy just to figure out that he never cared about me. He was just using me and I’m struggling with why I wasn’t good enough.
