I grew up in Southern California born and raised in Los Angeles. I'm now on my 70s. I cannot remember a time where the water weather waves were this bad. I do recall time where the waves hit the PCH and people were drenched by the waves, but then it went back to normal in La Jolla. They were trying to figure out. Should we put boulders or rocks environmentalist said no it would just erode the beach even quicker so to me, at this point is lets do removal of the rails in land rerouted & PCH closed until it goes back to normalcy after El Nino.?
