I literally had to pause your video when you said that you were in so much pain because I am a single mom of four boys and I am in so much pain and they want to put me in the hospital and I keep saying no because I have my four kids but tomorrow I’m going to say yes so here’s to our journey right?

I had spine surgery in March and wasn’t referred to appropriate physical therapy until July/August. Post spine surgery needs neuro physical therapy.

Here is amazing wallowing in my own post surgery pain, which is minor by comparison. Sending you all the healing energy and strength I can muster. Sending some good vibes to your medical staff too so they take elite care of you.

Oh man ive been in your postion the pain is unbearable!!! I too had to have surgery but waited 8 years to have it! Keep your head up! Make sure you confide in your drs if not get second opinions! I was going to a dr who could have left me paralyzed but i didnt get the surgery with her and went to another spine surgeon and was walking in less than 24 hrs after spinal surgery! You got this! Praying for you!!!❤️

My dad had this, the surgery helped him so much yes he had long term pain eventually ended up in a pain clinic. BUT life do get better you can enjoy life I hope you have the surgery and are able to finally enjoy life some in peace 💙 prayers
