Many people say the bassist doesn't matter, but look at Slipknot; after their bassist died, they never made a single decent song again.

andri_musiclover :

Even the snare is on point

unholy blasphemer :

That photo isn’t from the silver disc era. Corey wasn’t the original vocalist

керамическая голова :

slipknot is overhated i mean yeah they make shitty music since ahig but first three studio albums and their early era was such a cool thing with unique stuff

pantokkie🔋 :

Iowa was good too

eyehatebeth :

anders had wonderful vocals, and could play the drums at the same time (tribal percussion). i wish they kept him as the frontman

LeoLarp :

it should have been a slam band

Schadenfreude :

So you'd rather they made a run-of-the-mill slam demo than release their self-titled album?

zombieboi :

the only good thing in "Arsenal" is da drums

ÃŇTĦØÑŸ :

If you didn’t know mick Joey and Paul were in death metal bands before Slipknot that’s how they got that influence that’s why Iowa has a lot of death metal inspired stuff
