Shaman just got nerfed hard. Pretty sad when Blizzard said they want Shaman to be able to tank. I was really hoping to Shaman tank.

terrible build. Won't need the int as much at 60, nor the dodge. Go deeper into elem tree and build out the fire nova.

to save mana at lvl 30 I set my totems before hand (the 5m buff ones for mana save) and since flametongue totem and windfury weapon stack you do massive damage. project your totems to next fight. in fight you just keep flame shock up. since casting stops mana gain for 5 secs ever 12 secs you shock and storms trike. thats it. youll be able to go from mob to mob without drink

1 hand is smoother for lvling because you will not get punished as harshly for missing, dodges, parries, etc from the mobs. if you spec into resto for the +5 hit rating then yes use the 2hand.
