That last slide is false coaches and soon players probably will hve a financial incentive just to beat their rival i would guess like ole miss wins the egg bowl i think the coach gets a bonus plus every sec win you get a bonus

The Title game cannot be removed, many leagues have a deal with stadiums to be played, conferences cannot just “buy out” the contract, they have to be played.

This is going to further motivate the B1G & SEC to break away & form a premier league. They’re going to absorb the desirable teams from the ACC & ND & I think it’s a great idea.

G5 should get at least 3 bids automatically we’ve seen that teams from the PAC 12 MAC and American conference can compete with P4 teams, they deserve a shot

Ohio State will NEVER rest starters and take the foot off the gas for The Game. Nick Saban admitted it is the best rivalry game in all of sports. Best TTUN is more important than winning the Natty

What does it add? Since the playoffs started only two teams not ranked 1 or 2 have won the championship and those were Ohio State and Alabama. We're continually devaluing everything that made cfb interesting for a playoffs that's way more predictable than everyone pretends it is

Die Hard is a Christmas movie :
They’ve just killed the regular season. No point to watch, just be ranked in the preseason and don’t lose more than 3 games and you’re in.

nah you gotta keep conference titles, keep 12 teams. at this rate by 2034 is gonna be a 64 team playoff

In a field of 24 there should be no automatic qualifiers at all.

fparachini :
Probably mean conf titles don’t get an auto-bid. So u will have them but they will be pride games. So basically we are back to polls, committees and computers picking the teams and deprioritizing what happens on the field.
