@thetopealao: Did you know that a physical damp-proof course (DPC) can be installed in certain existing buildings to help prevent rising damp? At ATOP Nigeria, we carry out physical retrofit DPC installation in suitable buildings where rising ground moisture is affecting the walls. A DPC is a moisture barrier designed to interrupt the upward movement of ground moisture through masonry.
