@ub1ub2media: A turntable ladder pouring water straight down onto a burning roof 😳 This was Copland Avenue in Wembley, just off Harrow Road. London Fire Brigade was called just before 6am on Wednesday 14 October. Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were sent, and the brigade says the roof and most of the first floor of the house were destroyed. The fire was out by just after 8am. The brigade says two people got out before crews arrived and were taken to hospital. London Ambulance Service says it treated three people at the scene and took them all to hospital. The cause is being investigated. Harrow Road was closed between Sudbury and Wembley during the fire and has since reopened.
