@dershpiel: Alex Sapir’s Sapir Organization has secured a $105 million loan for 261 Madison Avenue, its 28-story office tower near Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Genesis Credit provided the financing, with Newmark arranging the deal. The loan replaces existing financing on the property, which contains approximately 398,000 square feet. The building houses the Sapir Organization’s headquarters alongside tenants including coworking company Industrious, actors’ union SAG-AFTRA and Japanese restaurant Zuma. Sapir leads the real estate company founded by his late father, Tamir, whose family emigrated from the Soviet Union before building a property business in America.
