This is a little smaller than my home in Maryland. My home is a tiny bit larger at 3900 square feet and was built in 2015. The cost of my home is 850K. 😱 I am so envious of the home prices in Texas! 🙏

Taxes and insurance will be over $1850/mo in two years. Buyers are afraid they will put up the big down payment and get HAMMERED and foreclosed without even making it 5 years.
