When you take on their problems it does drain your energy flow. It’s because you are believing you are helping but in reality you are absorbing their energy into yourself. That is also distracting them from facing the issues with themselves with their own energy. It’s like taking away the workout that they need to strengthen their own muscles and weaken your own in the process. It’s a disservice to both. Hope this perspective helps. ❤️
