hostas and day lilys are both delicious. the shoots of day lilys are edible as well, and they will keep growing after you harvest, so will hostas!

Dahlias, portulaca, asters, nasturtium, pansy’s and violas, borage, roses, gazania, zinnias, lavatera. All edible. Pretty much everything. Avoid monks hood and castor beans :p
