@brkxdh: My favorite hobby is creating new dishes in the kitchen. Here’s my cowboy butter chicken lasagna rolls! For the sauce, melt a couple tablespoons of butter. Add cowboy butter seasoning to your liking and 2 cups of heavy cream. As well as a little bit of dijon mustard. Whisk together, then add a handful of Parmesan and mozzarella. Simmer on low until creamy. For the filling, mix 1 cup of ricotta, 1 container of Boursin cheese, 1 egg, and more cowboy butter seasoning. Add to a Ziploc bag for easy piping. Boil your lasagna noodles, then pipe on the filling and add shredded chicken. Roll them up and place in a baking dish with some of the sauce on the bottom. Top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top! #comfortfood #recipeideas #cowboybutter #nostalgia #Foodie

Thank you for introducing me to cowboy butter. I saw it at Costco and was like, oh that’s the seasoning that girl is always using on TikTok. My family loves it.
