@therecipeattic: I almost kept this one to myself! 🤭🥕 This old-fashioned carrot cake is moist, light, and fluffy, with finely grated carrots, warm cinnamon, and your choice of walnuts or pecans. Three beautiful layers with creamy homemade cream cheese frosting between each one—and more nuts sprinkled throughout. 🤤🍰 An old favorite from my recipe collection, worthy of a spot on your holiday table—or a just-because slice with coffee. 💗 Save this one! #TheRecipeAttic #CarrotCake #CreamCheeseFrosting #OldFashionedRecipes #HomemadeCake
