I’ve never been this early! We use Mary Ruth’s! And they’re great, specially if you don’t like taking pills. It’s a liquid vitamin. We used them wayyy before they got popular on Tik tok. I get the prenatal one (even tho I’m not pregnant) and my hair is down to my butt! And my kids get the kids multi vitamin dropper
