@amy_santoro: Replying to @brwnsugr00 I misunderstood her body position. It’s less suspicious, but still odd. #truecrime #massachusetts #justiceforsandrabirchmore #crime #police
What I think is this — the feds don’t prosecute you unless they HAVE every single detail. Their conviction rate is in the high 90’s 🤷♀️

I adore the fact that you adjust your viewpoint and opinion as you learn more and correct yourself when you're misinformed or wrong. Thank you. More people need to be so open to learning ❤️💙

for people that legitimately commit suicide like this, how does their instinct to survive keep them in this position? able to get up etc

Death investigation student… could they use balancing to determine the positioning of her body? Maybe I’m misunderstanding the definition but wouldn’t it be toward her lower back/butt area? Or?

Based on where this case took place the cover up is more likely.

One of the reasons I truly value your opinion is not only your education and experience, but also your willingness to admit when you’ve been wrong.

You are so pretty and smart, i see people say horrible things to you because they are uneducated, and not know what to say when they are wrong. Love your work

Oh! But defense tried to argue that her clothes were not bunched up from a parent moving from somebody else

Her clothes look dragged for sure. And I don’t see how they could think she could do it herself with her leaning backwards with her legs out in front! Pure incompetence!! They put zero effort into the investigation and I pray she gets justice.

I think she was already gone, dragged and then placed there hence why the pants were slightly down the shirt like someone placed their arms around her ribs/underarms and the slide/ flip flop is upside down where it slipped off her foot before she got dragged to the position she's at. Its like I can see it play out in my head....

When you lift someone under the underarms that happens with the bunching and dragging would make the pants roll .. not self inflicted

Real question: I thought it would be “impossible” to self do that when one could easily stop. Like I thought at the very end, “all” humans panic and stop what they are doing. Hence why one would have to be off the ground when using that method. 😬

Yeah he worded it as 70° angle (which means bent forward), but then that she’s more on her back than her bottom. And the photo saw showed her much more upright.

I still have questions with this evidence. Like it seems she would get to a point of trying to reverse the situation like grabbing the strap

.... I'm actually really shocked and disappointed in myself that I always assumed a death like this only occurred via hanging... Like, LITERAL hanging. As in: climb on chair, kick away chair so you can't change your mind. I'm really glad I've learned this, though my brain still has a difficult time "picturing" it (and I will NEVER be convinced she came up with that method if *I* didn't even know it was an option...)
