@fox26houston: Roads were closed in Midland, Texas, as flash flooding inundated the city in several inches of water. This footage released by the Midland County government shows the intersection of East County Road 90 and North County Road 1160, which was closed due to severe flooding. The City of Midland also urged residents to avoid the flooded Wadley Avenue and Midland Drive, among other areas.
