Either way, if you’re craving some good udon in NYC, here are 6 spots worth checking out! Two other favorites that didn’t make this list are Udon St. Marks and Okiboru House of Udon, both in the East Village! I especially love the flat, ribbon-like Himokawa udon at Okiboru. Definitely recommend checking out these two as well!
