One is professional self sufficient off the books primarily government founded terrorists cell that has no limitations or oversight of their funding or actions held accountable to no laws ever. The other is the same but compartmentalized unit with military oversight, non-unlimited military sourced funding and accountable under military law. One has no chain and the other has a loose chain held by high level operation devisions.

A better comparison would be Delta to DevGru. DevGru are technically seals but are also Tier 1. Not going to make any opinion on whose better. Just different.

Just not true…. Guys I talk like this, piss me off! I’m not gonna say who I was and for who but I will say this I’ve worked with the best and they come from all over! People are individually different….. just because your Delta or just because your Navy seal doesn’t pigeonhole the individual….. all man are cut a little bit different. Some are just better than others.. now if you wanna say in theory or in general as a whole, you would take Delta over Navy Seals that’s fine and that’s an opinion…… but we’re not gonna tell me is there could be a guy here or a guy there that was a seal that is every bit better than a guy here or a guy there in Delta. I witnessed it I’ve seen it.!
