I have tried Semaglutide Tirzepatide and why can’t I tolerate them? I get terrible stomach pain and nausea among other things. I make sure i am eating protein, drinking my water and taking it at night. I have cut the starting dose in half and taken it twice a week. I need this medication, but I why can’t I tolerate it.
