I think a lot of black women make good managers because were good problem solvers. Many of us just happen to have this as a learned behavior due to life circumstances 🫠🫠🫠 then and add our education and boom Black Excellence

I had supervisor in a government agency...her experience was that she was a housewife and neighbor of the division director...she wrote me and every other black women up everyday for 6 months I finally left for a better job in private industry...she is still there...I left more than 20 years ago...she was a nightmare
