OMG! Girl! I clean my teeth even at work after I eat, every time I eat! Then when I get home, I do my whole routine and do it again when I'm getting ready for work.

I always give myself time to snack just in case and brush afterwards, but if I don’t have something I just brush and don’t snack at all because I’m not brushing right after that again😭.

You don’t have to brush! Water floss properly ( there’s a technique) after every meal and if water floss is not available swish water. Use floss picks at the end of the night ( use proper technique here too). Use interdental brushes to get in the hard places. I had my cleaning today and my hygienist complimented me the whole appointment ❤️
