You may want to get a gait belt. I use the. In my life skills class to help lift students who need that support. It’s extremely helpful when lifting.

I’m sorry but Rebecca you literally have changed me as a mother I used to be so angry and now I’m so so much happier and my family we just now call our stuff obstacles now and just go the fuck with it , my stress level and my SKIN is back glowing I’m also 2 years post partum and a cancer survivor so I am giving myself grace as I should 💁♀️

I broke my ankle last year and had to order so much stuff from Amazon to make my house more accessible since I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks every entrance in my house has steps as well 😩 things we don’t think about
