@justthebells10: My son Robert challenged me to turn ordinary dinner rolls into something like the stuffed pizza rolls he gets from our local pizza place… and I think we nailed it! 😂🍕❤️ These were SO easy, and the kids absolutely LOVED them! They disappeared almost as fast as I could make them! Easy Stuffed Pizza Rolls 🍕 Ingredients: * Dinner roll dough (I used 2 rolls per stuffed roll) * Homemade spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce * Pepperoni * Shredded mozzarella cheese * Melted butter * Italian seasoning * Garlic powder Directions: 1. Let your dinner roll dough rise according to the package directions. 2. Press 2 rolls together to make one larger piece of dough and roll it out. 3. Add a little spaghetti sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. 4. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a little water. 5. Let the stuffed rolls rise again. 6. Bake at 375°F for approximately 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Brush with melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. I’m telling you, these were a HUGE hit with my family! I switched to these rolls for pepperoni rolls last year instead of pizza dough. These are so much easier and tastier. Be prepared to get sick of making them because everyone loves them and requests them every week 😉
