ha this resonates a lot. I started my own skin care business and my specialization is botanical infused creams using botanicals that have been around for thousands of years and even have modern clinical studies proving their effectiveness. im constantly striving on how to improve it further and constantly researching and practicing techniques both modern and ancient. what keeps me going is hearing so much wonderful feedback from so many people on how its helped them. its so insanely rewarding and I sometimes get emotional hearing my customers stories. I wish I was better at interacting with customers though 😅
