Yeah, it seems they should come get my neighbor's dogs. I think they're infected, because they're constantly barking the minute she lets him outside, they bark from the time she lets him out. Till the time they get in the house. If I walk outside they fucking bark, I can't be out there and quiet without them doing that. And she does nothing about it....
