From what I researched a lawyer has a JD. An attorney has passed the bar and able to represent clients.

The one person who went to school become lawyer was @lyricmedeiros. She said she had law degree said she was taking the bar exam. And told us when she got sworn in. Sooo. Yeah it is process.

A negotiating committee convened by the agency has proposed a consensus definition that designates Medicine (M.D.), Dentistry (D.D.S./D.M.D.), Law (L.L.B./J.D.), and several other high-cost programs as eligible for a $200,000 borrowing limit.” - US Department of Education LL.B = Lawyer J.D. = Attorney As somebody that has a LL.B and is a International Bar Member (IBA), I would say the Attorneys that have been passing themselves off as Lawyers are going to be in some serious trouble, especially since the US Dept of Education does NOT see them the same. Just to be clear, I swore my Declaration of Independance American Oath and have the DD214 and Military Security Clearance all Registered to my Florida DL as a Public Official under FL Statute 943.10 (22) I don’t need a Foriegn Oath nor will I ever swear oath to a Foreign NGO https://www.ed.gov/about/news/press-release/myth-vs-fact-definition-of-professional-degrees
