@chuysmacros: Today I came back to my favorite chilaquiles spot and one of my favorite food spots in LA Dude, this spot is so freaking good. Last time my wife and I came to LA, this was our first food stop. Then, before we flew home, we woke up early just to grab another burrito on the way to the airport. They’re THAT good. Their chilaquiles salsa is like nothing I’ve had before. My wife isn’t even a big chilaquiles fan, and she absolutely loves theirs. This is the only spot she’ll order them at. You guys know I’m a pretty tough critic. There’s a difference between “yeah, the food is good” and food so good and unique that I’m already planning to come back. Their salsa alone puts them in that second category, and then their carnitas are cooked to perfection. My order is a burrito with everything, with buche, cuerito, and carnitas. And the best part? I swear I can finish the whole thing without feeling sluggish or heavy afterward. Everything tastes so fresh. Absolutely love this spot. If you’ve been, tell me what you ordered.
