AND - it’s painful physically like hell - never shows up on an EKG. You get a lot of eye rolls if you dare mention it. Sometimes you can even feel it coming on, but it’s like kind of pointless unless you have the right cardiologist and behind it all is the psychological pain hurt, destruction of your soul, and YOUR HEART . You’re so fucking sad. Your heart, your actual heart, is literally breaking. I’m probably repeating whatever one else is writing. It just struck a chord and now I’m crying. lol 😂💔

I remember going to hospital over this. Heart was all over the place. I had to change my way of thinking and accept certain things I could not change. Such a broken heart.

What if I truly don’t want to recover? I have so much love in my life, and I realize how blessed I am, but I just want to share my life with my husband. He’s gone, but I still want to share it all with him. I want to talk to/text him when Anything happens. He’s been gone for almost 13 months, but I still want to share it all with him.

I’m 34 and healthy. Never had a medical issue in my life. Going through heartbreak and it’s been brutal. Ended up in the ER with heart attack like symptoms. Found out that nothing was wrong but my body was reacting to the stress and depression.

I waited with a broken heart from my husband’s sudden death for him to come get me. I got my affairs in order for my family and I just waited. He came to me and kissed me goodbye and left other signs to tell me it’s not my time yet. I’m just happy I still have him in spirit. I do believe in the broken heart syndrome.
