I was the definition of skinny fat. I looked fine in clothes… But underneath? • no real definition • no shape • soft through my stomach + arms • constantly puffy • training loads but never looking how I wanted And for ages I thought the answer was obvious: eat less train more be stricter do more cardio But that was exactly what was keeping me stuck. These are the 5 things I changed to go from this → this: 1. I stopped under-eating I started fuelling my body properly instead of constantly trying to survive on less. 2. I prioritised protein + whole foods Not just to lose fat but to actually build the lean muscle that creates shape and definition. 3. I changed the way I trained Less random cardio and “burn as much as possible.” More intentional Strength × Pilates, control and progression. 4. I increased my daily movement without hammering my body Walking became a huge part of staying lean without feeling like I constantly had to train harder. 5. I finally took recovery seriously Sleep, stress, rest days and not constantly overtraining made a bigger difference than I ever expected. And those 5 changes became the foundation of my 4-3-2 Method™. 4 pillars: FUEL. SCULPT. METABOLIC. RESTORE. 3 priorities: Sculpt. Move. Progress. 2 outcomes: A leaner waist + a more sculpted physique. My body didn’t change because I suddenly became more disciplined. It changed because I finally had the right things working together. So if you’re already training, already eating pretty healthy, but still feel soft, puffy or “skinny fat”… you probably don’t need to do more. You need a better strategy. That’s exactly what I help women do inside my 1:1 coaching using my 4-3-2 Method™ 🤍 If you’re serious about building a lean, toned, defined physique, comment PLAN
