I’ve looked at that house and it was no where near 85k. At the location I went to it was 275k

Why do you say it’s 85,000 when you go to your site it’s a starting price is 190,000?

I absolutely love that, an honestly the price isn’t bad either. Does the home come with a warranty cause I’ve heard they fall apart after the first year or so. I myself live in a manufactured mobile home that was built in 1997 and I’ve had no issues, but they say the newer ones tend to have the gutters fall apart or issues with the roof or issues with the vanity or the floor or leaks behind the wall walls in the shower, so just curious about warranty to covering things of nature?

Do you have to have the 3 master closets or can you get rid of 1 & make the pantry space bigger? And how much is this 1 in the video with all the upgrades that you have in it and what does the base model look like?
