That’s me… 9:30 - 6 with a company I don’t even align with. Back to back calls, on a dialer with no delay. Once one ends the next one can come up in less than a second - literally. ACW, call length, adherence, notes, call monitors, tickets, pn lines, emails… and now ending the call advertising the parentcompany’s name.
