I have sleep paralysis all the time , but usually I feel the tingly feeling first so I know when I’m gonna have it , I’m so use to it I just lay there and don’t fight it or anything I’m calm and I let my soul return . At time I do hear ljke this hissing from the demons or whatever lol they do talk shit tho and I give them no reaction 🙄 they get mad tbh lol

Nah, it’s from stress. Your mind is awake, but your body isn’t fully awake yet. Once you relax, you can usually come out of it pretty quickly, but if you keep fighting it, it can be harder to wake yourself up. I’ve been suffering from sleep paralysis since I was eight years old, so I’ve learned how to manage it. There are no demons or anything like that.
