I used the Dr Arthritis wrist wrap from Amazon. My hand would lock up and it lasted for about 6 months post postpartum with my first. Experiencing it again in my second pregnancy with the tingling. Use your finger to apply pressure near your elbow and tricep and see if that’s painful- that’s where a lot of my pain comes from. Massages help. ✨
